Anoxo is a digital platform that facilitates discovery and connections between customers and independent suppliers. Anoxo does not provide services or products listed on the platform and is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or dispute between users. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that: • Customers are solely responsible for evaluating suppliers, confirming quotations, scope of work, timelines, and payment terms before engaging. • Suppliers are solely responsible for service delivery, product quality, compliance with applicable laws, warranties, after-service support, and fulfilment of obligations. • Anoxo does not guarantee outcomes, performance, availability, pricing, or suitability of any supplier. • Anoxo is not liable for losses, damages, delays, non-performance, non-payment, or disputes arising between customers and suppliers. • Any verification or badge displayed indicates that certain information or documents were submitted for review and does not constitute a guarantee of quality or performance. Fraud, misrepresentation, false documentation, abusive conduct, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or permanent removal at Anoxo's discretion.
